Recipe :
To Grind:
Freshly grated coconut,3 -4 green chillies, salt, hurigadale and pudina half cut (Ginger optional). Add water and grind it smooth paste.
Method:
Keep Kadai,Add oil,Jeera,Mustard seeds,Hing,Kadale bele, kalakaye, 2-3 (chopped) garlic and 2 onions
Fry it nicely..Now add the Grinded Paste, fry little and mandakkipuri (Kadalepuri) sprinkle little water, keep in low flame for a min..
now add Salt as per ur taste. Now coriander, sev, kongresskadalebija for garnishi:)
Serve it immediately! Enjoy the snack!
