Recipe:
To Grind:
Freshly grated coconut,half spoon sesame seeds,small piece cheke,elachi 2,green chillies 2nos,4 black pepper,Red chillies 3 nos,Ginger 1 inch,half spoon coriander seeds,1 spoon Jeera,8 cashew,2 spoon Hurugadale,Lemon size Jaggery and Tamring,Corindor Leaves and pudina half cut. Add water and grind it smooth paste.
Gravy:
Keep Kadai,Add oil,Jeera,Mustard seeds,Hing,Kadale bele,2-3 (chopped) garlic and 2 onions
Fry it nicely.. Then add diced few Babycorn chopped ,3 Capsicum and fry it nicely...
Now add the Grinded Paste , water & let it boil for 3 min..
now add Salt as per ur taste and boil for another 5 min..coriander for garnishing :)
Spicy Babycorn Capsicum is ready to have with methi chapathi.
